Scheme Set Up

We will discuss with you your legislative requirements and then the options you have with regard to your scheme set up.

Once the scheme has been set up, we also offer a variety of communication strategies for staff, and will assist you with necessary requirements.

Our prices for this work are on a time/cost basis and will be quoted on once requirements have been discussed with you. 


Ongoing Services

We offer ongoing services to employers irrespective of whether or not we were included in the scheme set up, and the options are as follows:


Option 1 - to include the following:

  • Annual Pension Audit Meeting for the Company – to cover the employer compliance, rule amendments, default fund suitability, scheme administration and employee engagement and appreciation.
  • Access to Employer help desk up to an hour per month.


Option 2 - to include the following services on top of those included in option 1:

  • Email help desk for all of your employees.
  • Employer help desk – unlimited access.
  • Guidance with the monthly pension uploads and assessments. Please note that in order to provide assistance with checking the pension payroll file uploads and pay period assessments we require the employer to send us the files to be checked.
  • Guidance on legislative changes.
  • Assistance with completing the Declaration of Compliance.
  • Annual update presentation for all the staff.
  • Risk Assessment Questionnaire for all the staff.
  • Regular employer and employee communications.
  • Assistance with the triennial re-enrolment that all employers must action for any staff that have opted out.

Fees are payable by Direct Debit Mandate and include access to the employer & employee log-in pages where you will find project guides, draft literature and educational videos.
